About Emirates Flight Catering
In July 2007, Emirates Flight Catering opened a state-of-the-art catering complex covering over 56,000 m² — the largest facility of its kind globally. It features advanced automation such as a 2.55 km electric monorail for meal cart transport, a bin conveyor system, and a vacuum waste system with over 600 meters of piping.
The company caters to over 100 airline clients at Dubai International Airport. In 2018, an additional facility was launched for First and Business Class meal production with even more advanced automation.
